KTA DMC Collet Chuck is a precision direct-mount ER collet chuck used for high-speed CNC machining operations. The DMC design allows direct mounting into the machine spindle without using a separate tool holder, improving rigidity and reducing vibration. It supports ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32, and ER40 collets, depending on the model. Ideal for turning centers and high-accuracy VMCs, it offers excellent runout accuracy (≤5 microns), superior tool grip, and long tool life. Manufactured from alloy steel and hardened for performance, KTA DMC Collet Chucks are balanced and compatible with coolant-through applications.
