KTA ER Collets are precision-ground tool holding collets designed for high-performance clamping in CNC machining, drilling, reaming, and milling applications. Manufactured as per DIN 6499 / ISO 15488 standards, these collets ensure excellent concentricity, low runout (≤5 microns), and secure grip on cutting tools. Available in ER11 to ER50 sizes, KTA ER Collets support both standard and coolant-through tools. Their spring steel construction ensures long life, high flexibility, and reliability even at high spindle speeds. Suitable for all standard ER collet chucks used in BT, HSK, CAT, and SK holders.

KTA ER-G Tap Collets are designed for holding taps securely in ER collet chucks with square drive support. These collets are manufactured as per DIN ISO 15488 (formerly DIN 6499) standards and come with internal square drive as per DIN 1835. Ideal for synchronized or rigid tapping on CNC machines, the G-type collets ensure precise torque transmission and better tap alignment. Available in sizes ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32, and ER40 to accommodate tap sizes M3 to M20. Made from high-grade spring steel, they ensure durability, accuracy, and longer service life.

KTA QCTC-ER Quick Change Tap Collets are designed for rigid tapping on CNC machines and SPMs. Used with standard ER collet chucks, they enable fast and accurate tap changes without compression or expansion. Built from precision-ground, hardened steel, they provide a secure grip on tap shank and square drive. These collets support external coolant supply only and come in ER16 to ER40 sizes, accommodating tapping ranges from M3 to M24. Ideal for high-speed, high-accuracy tapping operations where tool life and efficiency are critical. Tap selection is based on ER collet type, shank diameter, and square size.
