KTA Spindle Tooling manufactures Combi Shell Mill Adaptors (CSMA) as per DIN 6358 for high-performance milling. These holders are suitable for shell end mills and face milling cutters, providing maximum rigidity and accuracy. Available in multiple taper standards:

• BT (MAS 403) – BT30, BT40, BT50

• SK (DIN 69871) – SK40

• CAT (ANSI) – CAT40, CAT50

• HSK (ISO) – HSK63, HSK100

Designed for CNC VMC and HMC machines, these adaptors feature hardened alloy steel construction, high balancing, and optional coolant-through design for high-speed cutting.

KTA Master Mandrels are high-precision reference arbors used for CNC spindle inspection, tool runout testing, and alignment verification. Manufactured from hardened alloy steel with ultra-fine grinding, these mandrels are balanced to G6.3 or better. Available in BT (MAS 403), SK (DIN 69871), and HSK (ISO 12164) taper variants.

Turnmax Pipe Center – Blunt type features a 60° revolving cone, designed for supporting hollow or large-bore workpieces on conventional slow-speed lathes. Built from hardened and precision-ground alloy steel, it offers durability, smooth rotation, and accurate alignment. Available in MT2 and MT3 tapers with multiple cone diameters to suit different pipe sizes and turning operations.

The KTA Floating Reamer Holder (FRH) is a precision-engineered short-length tool holder designed to tackle common reaming challenges such as oversize holes, bell-mouthing, and poor surface finish. It offers radial parallel float of 1.0 mm, allowing smooth alignment and compensation during reaming operations.

Equipped with a special weight-balancing mechanism, the FRH ensures consistent performance and dimensional accuracy. This holder comes with an ER25 A Collet Chuck, making it ideal for reaming applications in CNC lathes and turning centers.

The floating design delivers exceptional repeatability and fine surface finish, even in high-volume production setups.

KTA HSK-A Sealing Plug is designed to block the central coolant hole of HSK-A tool holders when coolant-through functionality is not in use. It ensures airtight sealing, prevents coolant leakage, and maintains proper spindle pressure balance during dry or external coolant machining. Made from high-strength, coolant-resistant materials, these plugs are easy to install and remove without damaging the tool holder. Compatible with HSK-A40, A50, A63, A100 holders as per DIN 69893-1. Ideal for CNC applications that require dry cutting or side coolant operation.

The Drill Sleeve, also known as a Reduction Sleeve, is used for adapting smaller Morse Taper (MT) shank drills or tools to larger spindle tapers on drilling machines, lathes, or milling machines.
Made from 20MnCr5 alloy steel, case hardened to 55–58 HRC, and precision ground internally & externally, these sleeves ensure excellent concentricity (within 0.015 mm).
Manufactured as per IS: 6702-1991 (DIN 2185, ISO 238 standards) for accuracy and reliability.

Sealing Discs are used in coolant-through tool holders to block the flow of coolant unless a through-coolant tool is used. These precision discs are placed inside ER collets to ensure the internal coolant supply is properly directed through the cutting tool. Manufactured from oil- and coolant-resistant material, sealing discs are compatible with standard ER collets (ER11 to ER50). Ideal for high-speed CNC applications requiring clean, directed coolant flow and longer tool life.
