This hydraulic expansion chuck kit is designed for high-precision CNC machining. It features a BT40 interface and a 20mm outer diameter chuck body. The kit includes five reduction sleeves (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, and 16mm) to accommodate a variety of tool shank sizes. The hydraulic mechanism ensures extremely low runout (less than 0.005mm), exceptional gripping force, and efficient vibration dampening, making it ideal for applications requiring superior accuracy and surface finish.
